Wake-On-Lan Proxy for Bering Firewalls, 0.5

This is the Wake-On-Lan Proxy 0.5 written by Ken Yap, packaged for Bering firewalls. Only the daemon is included in the .lrp package, since that is the part that needs to run on the firewall.
