Just to leave the latest, there is a big work weekend on May 15 that will officially open the trail to the public. There is a large group of people volunteering to work the whole trail, put kiosks at both ends, and mile markers and signs along the trail. We are situated about half a mile from the trail head on Lincoln with all the necessary gear for the ride, including Santa Cruz and Felt full suspension rigs you can demo for the ride.
