		<description>I don't know of any such project, but I suspect it might run into problems with Jeppesen's copyright of the charts.  If you wanted to do something like this, you'd likely have to find a government source for the data.  For all I know, they exist somewhere in aviationtoolbox.org (it is a large site, and I haven't looked through all of it).</description>
